Copper River Excursions

Want a little bit more adventure? Our wild and scenic trip is a fun Class III, glacial fed river in the heart of the Copper River Basin. We will begin our 4-hour adventure with an hour scenic drive up the Klutina River and then float a 14 mile stretch of pristine glacial blue waters back to town. This fun and splashy river rafting trip is a great introduction to whitewater. Navigating these waters, your professional guide will share stories, history, and give you some insight toward the geological past that shaped the vast Copper River Basin. Snacks and water will be provided.

Special Note

Maximum weight is 300 lbs. Rain gear, boots and life jackets will be provided. Pregnant guests or guests with heart or mobility problems are not allowed to participate. Must be able to walk and climb in and out of raft unassisted. Time on raft is approximately 3 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Alaska Land Excursions, purchased through the Cruise Personalizer, may be cancelled up to three days prior to travel without any cancellation fees. Land Excursions cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline will be refunded to the credit card that you provided in the Cruise Personalizer to purchase your tours. Excursions cancelled within three (3) days prior travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, unless the operator, at their sole discretion, is unable to operate the program due to unforeseen circumstances. All sales of tours booked while on your land tour are considered final at the time of purchase and are 100% non-refundable except in the case of an operator approved cancellation.
