Goose Lake Kennel is just a few miles south of the entrance to Denali National Park. It is home to the four time Iditarod winner and 2006 Champion musher Jeff King, his wife Donna (a well-known wildlife artist), their three daughters, and 75 friendly sled dogs.
Meet Jeff's Iditarod dog sled champions, cuddle the puppies and see a demonstration on training huskies with the use of a dogpowered carousel. Learn the daily routine of caring for champion dogs and hear compelling tales of life and endurance on the Iditarod trail.
