DENALI HELI-HIKING ADVENTURE
An exhilarating helicopter flight takes you to a ridge overlooking the Yanert and Moody River Valleys for spectacular vistas of the Alaska Range.
As you hike along the ridge, Mt. McKinley towers on the western horizon and Mt. Deborah provides an impressive backdrop to the east. Your naturalist-guide pauses frequently to explain the flora and fauna. Look for a variety of wildlife including Dall sheep, caribou, moose and bears, as well as hoary marmots, pikas and birds.
